Memory Support

Fostering Connection

Memory Care, also called Memory Support at Hermitage Deep Run is a highly personal and deeply enriching place for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. This intimate neighborhood is home to a small, close-knit group of residents, each of whom receives the attention they need to experience more meaningful moments.

Our Memory Support team members undergo intensive, ongoing training through Pinnacle Living’s Dementia Friends program to truly understand the emotional and physical complexities of memory loss. With no more than 14 residents living here, our team member-to-resident ratio consistently exceeds what is required by the Commonwealth of Virginia. This allows our team members to take time to bond with your loved one, treating everyone with patience, compassion and respect.

At Hermitage Deep Run, we will meet your loved one where they are, focusing on enhancing their intellectual, physical, emotional and social well-being. A structured, daily routine includes engaging activities, as well as a designated rest period to recharge.

Memory Support residents have their own spacious, private studio or companion suite. To learn more, explore the floor plans of our Memory Support accommodations.
